Coaching Structure:

  • Bi-monthly 1:1 Sessions:

    Engage in two personalized coaching sessions per month, designed to deeply explore and strategically advance your business and leadership goals.

  • Client Portal:

    Access a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal designed to support your growth between sessions. The interactive platform and companion app make it easy to track goals, review key resources, and stay connected through personalized touchpoints—all in one place.

  • Document Review:

    Submit pertinent documents for review, such as business plans, presentations, or strategic documents, which will be critically analyzed and discussed.

  • Curated Resources:

    Receive resources specifically chosen to aid your development, including articles, tools, and connections, upon request.

  • Development Plan:

    A comprehensive development plan will be crafted to outline your journey and set milestones, ensuring structured progress and accountability.

  • Touch Base Calls:

    Scheduled calls, kept within a reasonable length and frequency, will occur throughout the engagement to keep your progress on track and maintain momentum.

Important Notes:

  • Minimum Duration:

    Clients are expected to commit to at least 6 months of coaching to ensure substantial and meaningful development.

  • Renewal Option:

    Upon completion of the initial term, clients may opt for an additional engagement period, subject to mutual agreement.

  • Limited Clientele:

    To maintain a high standard of personalized service and impact, only 10 clients are accepted every six months. This exclusivity guarantees our dedicated focus and a highly customized coaching experience.
